I don’t want to sound self-absorbed… and that is not my purpose here…
It does feel good and very surprising that a song can speak to you again as though you wrote it and then heard it for the first time…after performing it a lot (even forgetting the lyrics) and how it becomes more of a routine than a personal testament of your heart.
…It happened to this song tonight…
…and I feel blessed that this song came into my life. I honestly feel like I didn’t write it sometimes.
